Pokud chceme dort men\u0161\u00ed nebo v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, pomoc\u00ed vzorce      pro obvod kruhu (o=2pr) si vypo\u010dteme, jak dlouh\u00fd      by m\u011bl b\u00fdt p\u00e1sek pro ur\u010dit\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br kruhu. Doprost\u0159ed na ka\u017edou stranu p\u0159ilep\u00edme mal\u00e9 zbytky hn\u011bd\u00e9ho pap\u00edru, pomoc\u00ed n\u00ed\u017e pak bude dort dr\u017eet dohromady. Na men\u0161\u00ed \u201ezm\u00e1\u010dknut\u00fd\u201c kruh (t\u011bsto) p\u0159ilep\u00edme b\u00edl\u00fd kruh. Ten p\u0159edt\u00edm slo\u017e\u00edme nap\u016fl. P\u0159ilep\u00edme ho skladem dovnit\u0159 \u201et\u011bsta\u201c za pomoc\u00ed zbytk\u016f pap\u00edru. Pokud te\u010f \u201et\u011bsto\u201c vr\u00e1t\u00edme do podoby kruhu, vrchn\u00ed b\u00edl\u00fd d\u00edl se narovn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b slo\u017e\u00edme spodn\u00ed \u201et\u011bsto\u201c. Zase obvod \u201ezm\u00e1\u010dkneme\u201c a p\u0159ilep\u00edme pomocn\u00e9 zbytky pap\u00edru. Na tyto zbytky pap\u00edru p\u0159ilep\u00edme vrchn\u00ed velk\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9 kole\u010dko, op\u011bt p\u0159ehnut\u00e9. Na toto kole\u010dko p\u0159ilep\u00edme vrchn\u00ed d\u00edl dortu. Dort ozdob\u00edme \u201eovocem\u201c \u2013 vyst\u0159i\u017een\u00fdm ze zbytk\u016f barevn\u00e9ho pap\u00edru. Hotov\u00fd dort p\u0159ilep\u00edme na \u010derven\u00fd \u201etal\u00ed\u0159\u201c, kter\u00fd je op\u011bt v\u00a0polovin\u011b ohnut\u00fd. P\u0159ilep\u00edme ho doprost\u0159ed tal\u00ed\u0159e tak, aby sklady dortu a tal\u00ed\u0159e byly na sob\u011b, prost\u011b aby \u0161el dort i tal\u00ed\u0159 slo\u017eit. Tal\u00ed\u0159 p\u0159ilep\u00edme na rozev\u0159en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed, op\u011bt sklad na sklad.\u00a0 P\u0159i otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed se dort slo\u017e\u00ed.
